I just watched the movie last night, I haven't played the games (read: I'm a wimp, I can't even watch playthroughs of other people playing) but what I can tell you is there is a lot of crap shoved into 90 minutes. It's fast-paced, disconnected and apparently only makes sense if you've played the games says IMDB. They gratuitously shoved pyramid head and the nurses back in for seemingly very little reason other than for the audience as they were popular in the first movie. I wouldn't watch it if you're trying to avoid spoilers. The last few scenes I know for sure are to tie into the next movie/games though they're not particularly spoiler-y. Really it wasn't that good of a movie, the first was leaps and bounds better, so you can safely skip it and be no worse off.XilePrincess

I think that is might have been from Silent Hill 3 since the game is kinda of reboot of 3 ( and from the looks of it a crapy one at that )

I actually enjoyed the movie, but you're probably right...he would be better off.
