Dwarf planets don't count. Without dwarf planets, we have 8.

Apparently sometime last year, they decided Pluto was too small to be a planet, thus making it 8....science confuses me :?

Mercury, Venus, Earth, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus (Ur anus. Ha ha ha ha.), Neptune.

Pluto is a dwarf along with 2 other planets. I forgot their names.

Yup. It's more of a rock caught in orbit. It's quite simply really. They thought it was a planet, however thanks to fancy modern telescopes they are able to see that it is in fact, not.

I dont get where 11 has come from though. :?
