Size of this tv? Help... :-)

Well im looking to buy a new hd tv for my bedroom to play my xbox 360 on etc and i wondered how big is this tv's actually screen. Because im not sure wiether they are saying the whole tv is 19inch or the screen is.

The screen is usually what it is.

Would you say the screen is a good size for playing video games on? Its also hd so playing my xbox on it will be good yes?fwept
