I said SOME African and Asian countries still practice slavery today, not all.
This should be common knowledge. Human trafficking for purposes of labour and the sex trade has only been increasing in the past couple decades.

Umm..okay. You posted a Wikipedia article with no thoughts of your own on the matter. Not really sure what the discussion should be about without knowing your stance on it.
Slavery was practiced in Africa for 1000 years before there was a USA.
The difference between us and them?
We stopped.

Samantha would you like to own slaves?
yes its called capitalism and its done world wide
and if you're under 16, you're a slave to a shitty education system (unless you happen to live in top 10 country)
Required 100 hours of community service to graduate at some schools, straight slave labor. When you're a slave to the community, you don't even get someone who feeds you, they just work you until they don't need you anymore and sign a slip of paper and send you home
