Take a slice of bread, spread some syrup on it, microwave it, then tell us what happens.

Canned ravioli, chicken noodle soup, and top ramon.

I guess what I mean is I'm looking for something new to try.

Try having an apple. It makes you feel full, and it's good for you!

If you have to stick with canned foods and such, I say canned fruits. If that just won't do it... Clam chowder?

A good breakfast I like is:

1 cup of egg whites, 1 whole egg, 2 pieces of whole wheat toast with butter

boil water, add oats, voila...oatmeal

heat pan, add oil/spray, cook eggs and serve with toast

pour cereal into bowl, add milk

slice up an apple, some pineapple, and some melon

is breakfast that hard to make? I swear to god, maybe its just because I was a cook, but is it so difficult to assemble a few ingredients and heat appropriately?
