im 16, and my girlfriend is 19. now.... normally i wouldnt post about something like this but im actually a bit disturbed by this. There is a legal age at which we can and cant have sex. Infact, uncle sam DOES NOT own my body and i should be able to express my love for this girl should i so choose. But no....Uncle Sam has different plans for my body! Am i the only one disturbed by this.... wtf?

no. a 6 year old would have no reason emotionally or physically to want to have sex. they cant decide anything for themselves. what im saying is at 16 i CAN make my own decisions. and just a side note im not having sex with this girl. im just worried that us being together will lead to her getting in trouble with the law. Shes already been visited by some lady from the gov and accused of soliciting sex when we talk through aim or something

I'm pretty sure that this is one of those laws nobody really cares about, like jay-walking regulations. When it's a difference of only 3 or 4 years, it's not a big deal, but that law does give you grounds to sue the weird 57-year-old teacher who tries to snag "favors" in exchange for an A.
