I don't get angry often. I get mildly annoyed. I don't think I've been actually angry in awhile.
But when I do get angry, I usually destroy it by going to the gym, beating the living **** out of any sparring partner I have, or just by doing something like running.
And what he does later to vent his frustrations because of yours? LolUsually stuff builds up and up untill I just explode and have a massive rant to my mate. Then Im usually fine lol

Usually I listen to Disintegration or Decemberunderground and follow up with something happier if I'm alone
With friends around maybe bottle it up, depending who I'm with
When im mad, I retreat and go listen to music. Because when im mad I tend to say things that I know I will regret later on, so in order to prevent that I go "cool down," then i go talk to the person or take care of whatever made me mad. Music helps a lot.
