so i ask you OT do you feel like you have to prove something to someone ?

well here is my deal, no one in my family has ever gone to college...

and don't get me wrong im half way to my bachelors degree but i feel so much preasure to proving to my family that i can do it.

so i ask you, do you feel you have to prove something to anyone? any circumstance at all?

Yeah I do No one in my family has graduated 8th grade until now!! hopefully.

GPA...spending all weekend studying...how lazy i am...how i'll never amount to anything if i keep "this" up..stuff like that..

MY parents pressure me about Grades and Stuff.

I had no pressure to get my bachelors degree cause no one in my family had ever done it before... so now I am the leader of the family!CyleM

yea i can relate to that one....thats why its so important to get an education to add to your appeal during that proccess but to be honest it sucks, whish i didnt have to go to school

yea parents are tough....i know how it is, but the best thing you can do is just keep composure and strive for better

If proving things to myself count then yeah, I like to prove to myself that I can do certain things. Other than that, nope.
