quit whining, study harder, take them again, and don't get a bad score.
it's time to grow up and stop being a little kid. if you call yourself a failure, that's your fault.
good thing I did not have to write SAT. Thank Canadian Education Systembloody1f4knight
unable form complete sentences. Thank Canadian Education System
I got lower score than you and got into a college. Do the ACTs instead, I find it to be much easier than that dreadful SATs. And you do realize everyone pretty much fails their first time, you can still take the test 2 more times. CommanderShiro
It largely depends on where you want to go to college though. The ACT might not be an option for him as many east and west coast schools dont consider the ACT when going over applications (Same deal with midwestern schools focusing mainly on the ACT as opposed to SAT).
alright here's what u do:
1. be nice to everyone for a week
2.clean your room
3.write a "goodbye world..." letter and then hang yourself or jump off a building...
I feel like I'm the only person on this site who had to take the ACT....

I'm thinking of siggging that. XD
I scored 200 points higher when I didn't study  And that's when the test was out of 1600.dgbiker1I studied a lot, and got the same score as when I didn't study. It made me realize how worthless that SAT prep class was.

It made me realize how worthless that SAT prep class was. Not sure about exact point values, but I know for a fact that skimming through the official SAT prep book helped me. There were several questions on the math portion on topics that I had not covered since my freshman year, and the book refreshed my memory and helped me to answer those.

I missed the registration date for the May ACT's, so I'm gonna register for the June ones.
I'm taking both SAT and ACT for good measure.
I got like...a 1550 or something on my SAT's, I know I can get like, a 1700 at least next year though or whenever I take it again
Just study and try again dude, you'll get plenty of chances, the first time seems to be a hardcore bastard
I honestly don't think i'll get into a college. I got a 1330 out of 2400 which can not in anyway be good. I don't think i'm good enough for college. I don't know what I'm going to do with my life.Blin220
You know you can go to collegeboard.com and they have college listings and what their average accepted student SAT scores are btw?

We accomplished nothing and everything we attempted to cover was already made obvious in my math and english classes.
I'm sorry to hear that you were unable to obtain the score that you desired, but you certainly didn't fail the test. I'd suggest retaking it thereby attempting to increase your score a bit.
Also, don't let your performance on standardized tests get you down. One exam cannot thoroughly measure your abilities, and there will always be a college around that will accept you
if you remain that pessimistic, perhaps you could become a poet.quiglythegreatAnd the poets lie too much.
