Cutting your neck shaving is no big deal. I had a scar underneath my chin which was pretty nasty because I didn't get it stiched when I received the wound. I used shaving to cut it down to skin level. Slow process but it's fine now ;)
Well, considering you had time to come here and post about it, I'd say you're in the clear. Just try not to cut you finger off while clipping nails - you wouldn't be able to post about it.
