What do you look forward to when you get out of school for summer break?
For the older chumps like me, what DID you look forward to when you got out of school for summer break?

Tulsa, OK, actually. We got hit hard with ice storms in December and Janurary, cancelling school for a grand total of 6 days. Same thing happened December 2007, though it was much worse.6 Days is a lot? When I was in grade 9, we had 16 snow days! Plus here in Canada, snow days only get added on to the end of the year if it goes over 18[QUOTE="ChrisSpartan117"]

I think I am the only person on earth that actually likes running a cash register. Though I am still young. I just hate when you finish the transaction and just as your about to hand them their change they say: Oh wait, I have 12 pennies, then you have to recount the change. Don't know if thats ever happened to you[QUOTE="needled24-7"]Yep, I am. I've been working at this same store since I was 15, I'm 18 now. I hate it. Don't know if thats ever happened to youI don't mind the actual cashiering, it's just that for the past several months I've been working 6pm-11pm shifts, and many of the times, I'll be the only cashier there from 8 or 8:30 til 11. And there will be only one bagger there in about the same time frame. It just gets really frustrating when the bagger is outside bringing in carts and I have to ring up the groceries, then bag them, while a line is piling up.[QUOTE="Oblivionfan10"] Are you still a cashier? I don't really mind having to recount the change. I'm pretty good at that kind of math and it doesn't happen very often so I don't mind.
I bet there's also not that many 16-year-old freshmen... did you get held back or something?Well I turn 16 tomorrow, so I will get my license and drive all the ladies around ;) The best thing is that no other freshman have their licence so everyone will be crawling to me for rides. Muahahaha
