[QUOTE="fkholmes"] No, that is absolute bull****. You know, these are the guys that thought the Spanish were gods and their guns were magic wands. There is no proof of it. Don't worry.LouieV13What the hell
You need some clarification? I am saying that the Native Americans of the time, who thought the world was going to end in 2012 also thought the Spanish were Gods when they invaded.

People think that something that ancient and mystical (Seen as that anyway) just has to be true.
It wont happen the same prophet said the world was going to end in 2000 but the found a way to go back online with the pc's a giant rock can be destroyed just cut a giant hole in the middle and drop a nuclear charge but if it were to hit the sun it will blow the sun up so it's deadly and the people that put the nuclear charge on it will have to be sacraficed there is no way to get them out quick so if they go in they need to know it's a no return mission

that wasn't the same prophet... what are you talking about???
have you guys ever heard of Nostradamus? you know, the guy who predicted 9-11? he said the world was goin to end in 2012. here's a clip of what History channel had on him

I myself could not really tell if this is just a hoax or is it true. Based on the movie, Da Vinci Code, it was mentioned by one of the Bishops that the end of the world would begin if the name of the next Pope is Peter.
And yes, I somewhat believe in Michel de Nostredame's (Nostradamus) predictions.
[QUOTE="Clinton015"]no, but if it does it better happen with zombies or robots cause i wanna shoot some **** before I dieLouieV13So do I.
As do i.
I assume all predictions of Nostradamus occured. Am I right?
PSPchiq
Not really, no. Anyway Nostrodamus' predictions were so vague that they could be interpreted in many ways. People will see what they want to see, whether it is there or not.
That show had some good arguments about 2012, but I put it in the catagory of things we can't control so ..
...forget 'bout it, hit the continue button.
Exactly what I meant. It occurred in different ways. It is the way it was interpreted.PSPchiqNostradamus was a chancer and a charlatan. He made his living exploiting the superstitious and nievety of a French nobleman. You have to take into consideration the mindset of medieval Europe at the time. Especially France with Plagues etc. People were really gulible fearfull and superstitous in these times which people like Nostradamus exploited for financial gain.

Well, it's my own point of view but I do get your drift on that. Cheers! :)
