So my car got broken into yesterday.....

I was coming back from the Sonic Youth concert (and i will just say its one of the best concerts ive ever been too) and my car window was broken, I freak out to see if they broke in and my car was completely trashed, wierdly enough nothing was stolen but i come home and have 4 messages from my family telling me that someone broke into their house and stole their stove, dish washer and microwave :? This morning my best friend also had her car stolen from....

Are times really that tough that everyone is going on a stealing spree? Or has it always been like this and ive just been lucky?

Alternatively, you could have just seriously ticked someone off and it could be a personal thing? Really, it's impossible to say for sure whether the two events are connected and, if so, why the person in question did it.nocoolnamejim

Join the club I had my car broken into twice this year. Now I don't keep anything valuble in it at all. Until I can afford to get an alarm system in. And my neighbor's gf had her car stolen from our lot.
