Got to agree with Oleg here - whether you have to beat him up or not, just make sure he knows the consequences of repeating his actions.

Similar thing happened to my little brother, I found the guy by himself, and had some choice actions/workds and basically threatened to shove a bottle rocket up his as- ERM Buttocks and light the thing, THEN i taught my brother how to box, He went after my lil bro again and my bro almost killed the guy.
