Yes the best communication device is looking in their eyes while talking Im antisocial and even I know that. Their is more of a connection especially when you look deep into their eyes it can be something really "deep" emotion wise. You can express alot of different emotions with only your eyes, it can express hatred, love, lieing, sadness, and happeness.
