so this lecturer hates me for sure

at the beginning of the semester, he was cheerful with me and cool. all of a sudden he gives me those wild stares, threats me with marks loss, i cheer him and he does not cheer me back...etc

ive sent him an email for a project relating issue and he didnt reply me yet. really strange ****. he didnt praise me for the getting the highest mark in the midterm exam, and he intentionally gave me low marks on the first two phases of the project. and when i went to his office demanding an explanation, he literally snapped and started shaking like crazy. now im not really bothered by him, i just find it really pathetic for a lecturer to be this pathetic with a mere student.

Do two things:

1. Determine if you had any fault in his behavior. Did you disrespect him or slight him in some way? If so apologize, it may help.
2. If you did the above and he's still acting like an a-hole, report em.

You're probably going to disagree with what I say, and say I don't know what I'm talking about, but it seems to me that you're just paranoid. I'm sure that if you lost marks for your projects, then you probably lost them for a reason. Also, demanding answers from a prof is one of the dumbest things you could do. You should have done the smart thing, and talked to him politely in his office, and if that didn't work, THEN go to your dean or department head. Also, what do you mean "cheer" him? and that he didn't "cheer" you when you got your midterm mark back? That's extremely childish. If I were you I would just suck it up, and write his final exam and forget about the entire semester, but if you ask me, I think you're the one with the issues, not your lecturer.
