If so, what is your favorite? Mine is Slam Dunk and Beck MCS..
It seems like I enjoy reading Manga more than watching anime..

I read manga every now and then. Favorite ones would have to be the Uzumaki Spiral into Horror mangas.
I don't even read American comics, so I sure as heck won't bother to read black-and-white material. I prefer novels to read.

A bit, but not much lately.
Was last reading "Dengeki Daisy" ..really good stuff.Need to start back on it.
I was also planning on getting around to "Otoyomegatari."
Aye, but barely any decent ones are sold in the shops. That and they usually stock them vol 1, 2, 5, 21, 48. My favourite has to be Love Hina.AirGuitarist87thats why you go to online websites like onemanga, legal, convinient and good quality :]

Scanlation can breach copyright contracts.

"Can?" :P
Simply scanning and distributing protected works is a violation of the law.
Popular fansubbing and scanlating practices ARE in (rather clear) violation of copyright law. It's no secret.

There's exceptions, like doujinshi.

Haha, the material itself (characters and such) often violates copyright in the case of doujinshi :P (though I know there's a lot of original stuff out there.)
But yeah you're right, scanlating/distributing wouldn't be a violation if it isn't protected.
Love it, usually I watch my anime online like naruto and bleach, though I have to find some new ones to watch because I hate having to wait a week for a 20 minute episode :P so need something in the mean while
I read western comics Marvel/DC I have been trying to get into more outside stuff but I am broke enough.
I only read Naruto manga. Only reason for that is because when I started reading I couldn't wait any longer for Part 2 to start in the anime (took forever). Now I can't wait for the series to be concluded, the creator has gone a million different directions and it's getting annoying.
I am too lazy to read manga. I just watch anime. It's in colour, has music to enhance the atmosphere, the characters speak, there are opening and closing themes, and the most important bit of all...moving images!
Why is she your ex? With all those manga, you should have kept her around! :PI got a couple of series I'm reading, Favorite one is Berserk.
My Ex though she was the one that got me into Mangas, Last I heard she had about 800 manga books or so.
