So where do you live? Do you like it there?

So I was wondering where everybody on this site comes from. I always find it kinda weird(but cool) when someone from say australia post a comment in the same thread as me and hes like 4000 miles away from me. (so Im weird deal with it ;)

Anyways Im from Cork in Ireland. Its pretty awesome when its dry but it rains so much here I rarely get to observe the beauty of this fine city. So I suppose I do like it here but id swap it for Florida anyday :P

New York....it's ok..nothing special..

It's absolutely crap.

Maple Grove, MN. It's a suburb of Minneapolis. I love it here. Friendly people, a lot of trees, and a condensed shopping district with an Irish Pub.

30miles east of Los Angeles. Love it here. Quite neighborhood but not full of uptight people. Close to Orange County and the beaches. Mountains aren't too far away either, and there plans to have the future LA football team's stadium built literally 3-4 miles from my house.

Fort Wayne, Indiana. It's pretty decent around here, lot of things to do but the crime so far has been pretty bad, we just surpassed Gary, Indiana last week in homicides for this year which is pretty rough if you ask me. Already had 2 people killed in my backyard which is pretty weird since the neighborhood is relatively safe I think crap just spills over from other places.

Good thing is it is a lot cheaper to live then what I was having to do in Ann Arbor, Michigan, I'm living like a king with a lot of disposable income.

Central Cali and yes I like it here only wish there were more better paying jobs and less of a gang problem.

I love Fort Wayne. My best friend lives in Noblesville and he has to travel to FW a lot for work. We've spent a lot of good quality time at a fine establishment called Showgirls West. :)septemberluc

HaHa yeah Showgirls, there are only 2 left I think one off of Coliseum and the other is by some seedy looking truck stop, you also need to pay a visit to Poor John's downtown if you want some grimy girls.

Near St. Louis, MO...except I'm on the Illinois side of the Mississippi.

Chandler, Arizona. It's a freaking hell hole here. Too hot. Other than that, I love it here. It's just too hot!

I hail from Parts Unknown. It's alright.

Houston, Texas.

And yes, I like it. Plenty of job openings, nice weather, diverse community, less (unscramble - IAGNG) moments, tall 'n' sexy men, and etc. It's a much slower pace of living down here that feels just right. = )

I live in southwest Michigan. I can't complain.

i live in georgia. more specifically, the east cobb area of marietta. it's good i suppose.

It's pretty cool here but i wish i'd live in the U.S.

I live in BC in canada. I'm not really a big fan of camping, the smell of lakewater, or charging wildlife, but when I actually stop and think about it, it's fantastic here and kind of amazing. It's so weird to me when people say the only time they've seen deer, moose, bears, seals, raccoons etc. is in zoos, I see them charging all over the place all the time and I live in the suburbs(not the seals, but every time I take the aquabus in vancouver they always swim beside it).

I thought at one point I might need to move to regina for a year, and if all the scenery I ever saw was flatness, I'd probably need to be physically restrained, I'd go insane looking at the same thing constantly.

I live in Oklahoma.

To be honest, I do not like it. It is not the worst place on Earth, obviously, but the climate does not agree with me (far too hot and humid), and people are just mean and close-minded. But it's probably that way everywhere.

I belong in Maine. Seriously they're in the 50s there right now, while here it's in the 90s. Why in the world do I still live here? >_>

Lawndale, CA. It's alright.

Baltimore maryland. But not the ghetto part.

West Chester, PA. People here consider it the best small town in the US. It is a really fun town, with lots to do and awesome people, but I however, despise the weather in PA (hot and humid uncomfortable summers, and cold and frigid snowy winters). I would rather live somewhere more temperate year around like northern Cali.

England near London, it's got personality, a very British feel. The community is overpopulated and varied, the shops are pretty much 80% cloth shops now but it's a nice place, shame about the crap weather all the time though...still it's better than living in Russia.
