actually I have been to a lecture from a person that had a sex change after he had been married for like 30 years. They stayed married afterward, but supposedly if it is done well, a doctor cannot even tell that the person was not born a woman. At least not from the genetalia. But it need not come down to that because he/she looked and sounded like misses doubtfire- so it was pretty obvious that something was up even without removal of the clothes.eaweeks21
