I usually always have socks on :S So my answer would be underwear. Unless I've worn that pair of socks for 3+ hours then I will put on a new pair of socks, then underwear, then clothes. I am completely insane when it comes to socks :S My bloggy testifies to it.
When I get dressed and undressed, I dress like I would if my girlfriend was watching me. Start with trousers, because you look sexier in trousers when you got no top on, where if you wear a top before trousers you look like someone who's forgot their trousers. Ooops, forgot underpants, i'm always doing that.

i dunno why someone would make a topic like this but anyway It doesnt really matter what order i put my clothes on I usually put underwear on first in case someone might come into my room the moment im getting changed. would be pretty embarrasing getting caught in the nude with only a pair of socks on
What is it with the "how do you dress up" threads? Anyway, as with everything, I don't have a routine. Sometimes I put socks on first, sometimes I put my boxers on first. It all depends on what I feel like doing. :D
