Something is wrong with my fingernail!!

I'm going to have like two finger nails. I tried ripping it off the other day, cause I thought I had just chipped my nail or something, but then I started bleeding.

I've once had another layer of fingernail grown underneath the nail of my pinky toe, which was rotting away at the time because of a combination of all the running that I had been doing and some undersized shoes. Later when the original nail fell off, the newer one had grown in its place. I guess you can think of it as a premature growth of the newer one in the event of your body realizing that the original nail is about to die. In other words, you've probably damaged your nail in some form or another for this to happen, I think.

That's completely different. Like I said before, everyone has 2 fingernails on each finger... one is underneath the other, and unless you break your nail or it just grows faster than the top one, you won't see it

Uh oh sounds like you've got an in-grown nail,you must of cut your nail and let it grown in a funny shape (at least that's what i think you have,it must be).

I would go to your GP now.

Edit: BTW if you don't believe this is serious type in ingrown into google and see the effects it has,it can be really serious if you don't treat it straight away,i don't mean to scare you or anything but it's better to be sure than sorry.
