Something is wrong with my laptop.

Today I tried to open my laptop but it won't log in the administer's account.

All I see is a black screen and my pointer.

I can log in another account but nothing works at all,all I see is my desktop and pointer but I can 't click on anything.

I have no idea what's going on, it was working completely fine yesterday and I haven't installed anything in the past few months.

So I opened it in safe-mode (I'm on safe-mode now.) and I downloaded Malwarebytes and scanned my PC and it didn't find anything.

I usually use AVG and Zonealarm for protection and AVG didn't find anything either.

Can anyone help me ? If you want more information just say the word.

Oh and I can't do "System Restore."
