Okay, so I've come up with an idea for a show, and I'm just trying to find a good theme song for it, it's going to be a teen drama (like Dawson's creek, one tree hill, etc.), and I'm stuck trying to think of one, and you guys all have a pretty awesome taste in music, so if you guys have any ideas, feel free to contribute! By all means! :)
Like a teen drama. high school, and stuff like that. like...for example, damsons creek, or one tree hill. Some shows like this I know get under alot of people's skin. :P but they have heir reasons.
I'd write at least a pilot episode first, but for music I'd say check out some stuff from the band Athlete or Silversun Pickups (though Athlete may fit more).

Well, if you are actually doing a show, then you have to pay for the rights to the song if it is already copywritten. If it's not in your budget, then I suggest finding someone to write an opening or trying something yourself. Local bands generally have no copyrights, and you could ask one if they could contribute. That is, if this is a SERIOUS project. Otherwise, pick whatever you want. The more popular the band, the more money they will ask for the rights.
