These may be some odd choices but these songs get me emotional:

Killswitch Engage-The End of Heartache (I connect with this song and there was a particular AMV I can't find right now that had a moment in there with this song that was actually incredible.)

MCR-The Ghost of You (It may seem stupid but I had a moment in the car earlier singing along with this song)

And of course there is FREEBIRD!
