Songs you love from bands or artists you're not a big fan of?

My choice would be City of Blinding Lights by U2, mostly for the intro. Absolutely beautiful. But most of U2's other stuff is rather meh IMO.

What are your choices?

I agree. That song is fantastic, but the rest of their stuff doesn't do anything for me.

I generally only like certain songs from different artists. The only band I've ever been a fan of is the Red Hot Chili Peppers. That is the only band where I enjoyed most of the songs they did on their albums.

I liked all of their albums a lot even though they've changed their sound over time.

But here's one... I'm not a fan of Jane's Addiction, but I like their song "Underground".

I really like Sympathy for the Devil by The Rolling Stones, the only other song I like by them is Paint it Black.

Not really a band but Akon - Bananza. Usually can't stand the guy but that song is awesome.

If you like that song you would probably like some of their other material.

The song Mudshovel is awesome, and their CD's 12 Shades of Grey and Break the Cycle are both quite good IMO.

As for the topic, these are all songs by bands I don't really care for:

Pop Evil-Trenches (Granted I might give these guys a chance here. They are from my state after all!:P

love the song, dont care much for of their other songs.

I like some of Metallica's songs but I find their lyrics very childish and stupid.They should just grow the fvck up and stop making songs for sixteen year old kids.
