You were just offered the chance to have a million dollars, but there is one condition.

The only way you can spend any of it is if you pay in pennies.  All loose pennies.  You must buy house, car, food, clothes, etc. with loose pennies.

And to carry the pennies around you need a dumptruck, and you'd have to pay for the dumptruck and it's driver in pennies too.
