Say this happened to you. Hypothetically. Legal answers only. Say, you were doing well but a company laid you off/Downsized you from work. Soo, you get no flowing income for awhile.Now let's say our Phone and rent are due soon, so what do you do? Take out one of those cash advance Payday loans. Then after awhile, you still don't have a job due to the fact that you kept listening to a union rep saying you will get another job and it doesn't happen. So now you have a Payday Laon bill, Your Phone, and Your rent do on the 29th of december. Now lte's say days before that, weeks even, you have been trying to apply for personal loans (online and off) and tryiong also to get other payday loans, but do not get approved due to continous applications. When you find some online personal loan sites, you can't get improved for those (which would work wonders if you did) because your credit is to low. So you actually have a chance to get a job interview but your phone is turned off all of a sudden (cell phone). So then, you try looking for loans for bad credit. After hours of searching you eventually find said site that can help you BUT your credit is lower than bad that lower credit sites.places wont give you a loan. Everything else you find is either a scam or will cause something like bankruptcy or related. So now currently, you are running out of time running out of options, everyone is LITERALLY to greedy or self absorbed to give you a cent, you sold what was valuable and what you don;t need and what you have to sell online would take to long to get money for and everything must be paid off my the 29th of december in the afternoon and you probably have only 1 r 2 days after that before your life becomes ruined beyond repair. So what would you do in this situation? ILet's say the person doesn't have any answers and really needs to get out of the jam and the person needs honest answers.
I'm part of a gaming webiste, I suppose I should have games I would probably send a bunch of them online Also taking a loan is the WORST road you could take at this time, they give the ilusion of free money but they're actually more debts, If you take a loan you're only paying your Visa with your Mastercard, in a few months you'll have your bill, your phone bill, your loan bill and then what? Ahhh but in persons state unemployment takes to long, and person has tried donations, but on internet such thing would be almost impossible because stupid people scam people on the internet out of money and account so much that people just laugh. Person needs solution, and Person does not want to risk illegal means which has a 98% of person getting caught in persons exhaisting state they are in. It's also not run, shouldn;t be happening. If ever I was in a financial problem, I would sell whatever is the problem (home or w/e is draining and will continually drain my money), stay at a siblings or parents place and try to get myself back together by first off finding a job. No matter how desperate I would be, I would never take a loan. Sure it kinda feels shameful, but it's better than putting yourself in more debts or ending up homeless.
The good news is that no matter what happens in this situation your life will not be ruined beyond repair. You can recover from this it just may take a while. Do you have any family you can turn to? If you can do that then you should although it can be difficult to ask for help in these sort of situations.

Person has very unsupporting or in most cases self-centered family. person got laid off and still has not had one interview after 45 job application weeks before event. For those not read above, too late, loand already done. Don;t want anoher one, can t get other one if I wanted to credit so close to lowest, no job, n solutions, people joking, never was known to have good luck but this was not in my mind to happen to me at all. Not sure what esle. Don;t want to do anything illegal.

I'm afriad moving in with family is impossibl. Persons family is not in the same area. Well looks like the 6 hour count down till the end. Didn;t realize it was already the 29th, I suppose some of you guys are helpful but it seems I lost on this one. I thought there was something. Anything? Anything at all is am I just done?
Hard to say TBH as I can't imagine myself in that situation. I have great credit and would get a legit loan to cover expenses for an extended period (use it if I have to, pay back unused portion). I also have a couple credit cards with high limits Payday loans are only for the truly desperate (those that 9 times out of 10 f*cked themselves over somewhere along the way and ended up with bad credit = now their only option) With no loans available, I would sell my car and 'stuff'. I would pay my phone bill I would inform landlord that I will not be able to pay this month, explain the situation, and hope they understood/we could work something out (if not, it is still very hard to get someone evicted for 1 missed month)
