I don't understand why you went through the effort to be honest.

I don't get it - if you wanted to go through so much trouble, why didn't you make your own characters at least?

I didn't understand what was going on but it was pretty neat nonetheless.

TC, did you know they use Autodesk Maya to animate South Park? It's a 3D design and animation program.

This is true. Construction paper was only used for the Jesus vs Santa episode - and maybe Anal Probe, not sure about that one.

Not bad. But you could invest in a tripod. :P Also, you can just transfer pictures to your pc then fill it up again.

This. I found it to be quite sloppy, most likely because it was rushed. I liked the bit at the end with Ike, that dude never fails.

Good to me. But you should get a tripod for the camera, and when your camera memory fills up, just copy them to your computer. Then continue shooting it.

now that you've created something using other peoples characters.. it's time to create your own characters. Anyways, nice work on making a functional animation.. I'm sure if I had attempted to make any form of animation it would have been horrendous in comparison as my artistic capabilities are fairly limited... And practice only does so much to enhance ones abilities.

Yeah ok, thanks for the good comments. But to be honest, this is the first time i make an animation and i dont have a tripod. Plus, i thought it could be fun just to see how Parker and Stone did it. I know they used Maya to make the animation but i dont know how to make a Stan or Kyle model and then cel-shade and then make the mouths, it's just confusing. Plus, next time i'll do, i'll be sure to use 2 minutes and with color and a tripod

Are you interested in stop-motion? If so you should explore it a little more, get better equipment and eventually make your own original animated short film.
