There is a good advantage for people who learn Spanish or a second language. When applying for a

job, there is a better chance of getting hired if the person applying knows another language. For

example, if lets say someone gets a job at a store but he only know English, and a Spanish person

comes up to him/her to ask for something in Spanish, the worker would not know what the Spanish

person is asking for, but if the worker knew Spanish, he would be able to help the Spanish person.

It's also very good to know Spanish because it's a popular language in the United States, and many

people speak it also in other countries around the world. A man who knows Spanish will have the

ability to build relationships with other Spanish speaking people, which allows for new

opportunities to meet people he couldn't before because of not knowing the language.

Existen muchas ventajas para aquéllos que aprenden español u otro idioma secundario. Al buscar trabajo,
hay más posiblidades de ser elegido si la persona habla otro idioma. Por ejemplo, si digamos alguien
quiere un trabajo en una tienda pero sólo sabe inglés, y un hispano llega y le pide algo en español, el trabajador
no sabría qué está pidiendo el hispano, pero si dicho trabajador supiera español, podría ayudar al hispano.
También es bueno hablar español porque es un idioma popular en los Estados Unidos, y mucha gente lo habla también
en otros países alrededor del mundo. Una persona que habla español tendrá la capacidad de establecer relaciones con otros hispanoparlantes, lo que trae nuevas oportunidades para conocer gente que no hubiera podido conocer antes debido a no hablar el idioma.
