Spice. Is it Legal in your state?

It's legal in the state I'm in and I've had a few friends who have tried it. I personally don't have an interest in it.

Have you guys heard of this? Do you think this should be illegal or legal?

Must look it up online and stock up. So when they make it illegal I can sell it for profit.

Yeah there was a huge news thing on it the other day where I'm at... They're looking into getting rid of it here as well.

If it didn't turn my eyes blue I'd probably try it out. Currently though it is just too much of a risk since it is obvious if you've been using.

My reference is probably way too old/vague... I doubt anyone will understand it besides maybe Xaos.

But seriously, isn't it a bit ridiculous that natural marijuana is illegal, while synthetic marijuana (Spice) is still legal?

I don't think it is illegal yet, but tell a journalist about and you will never see it again :P

i'm pretty sure it's legal in my state (georgia). i've never tried it so i'm not going to comment on whether i think it should be legal or not.

I think Jenkem was proven to be a myth. From what I remember though it was actually the fumes that people inhaled. You do your business in a 2-liter and then put a balloon over the top of it to catch the vapors. I'm getting sick just thinking about it.

Even if it happens to be legal in your State or Country, I don't think it's kosher to allow discussion of abuse or experimentation in this case.
