I just wish they would cut out the whole BS romance thing with Parket and MaryJane--yes, we get it, it's a difficult balance to have both. We learned that in one, two and three. So I hope they just touch on it on the 4th but focus moreso on the action and storyline.
I didn't like the first 3 so good in my opnion :P I'd like to see the series become great though...as int he movies, not the comic book which is amazing.

I would also agree.
The problem with the 3rd (besides Peter Parker trying to look like some kind of badass emo kid) is that they tried to fit too much into it. Too many villains, etc.

That and the love scenes were just painful and made you cringe thanks to the script making Peter look like the biggest jackass ever.
I think people exaggerate how bad the 3rd is. It's moderately worse than the 2nd one. But then again, I never thought the 2nd one was all that great either. Or the first one.

Exactly.... I can usually suspend belief for movies...but those scenes were too much...I could barely watch after them...it was almost the second movie I ever walked out on (Home Fries being the only one)

I think I had my head buried in my hand for those entire scenes. I couldn't believe what I was watching.
The only movie I've ever walked out of was Napoleon Dynamite. I don't care how good people say it is, or how much they love it. I thought it was the dumbest movie I'd ever seen.

Ugh I watched Spiderman 3 in movie theaters and those clips just opened up old ones...thanks a lot :P Here is hoping that the 4th will be at least similar to Spiderman 2 (maybe even 1), in terms of plot and believable characters.

The main reason why I hate the 3rd film is because Venom was not the main villain, and he was only in the movie for like 10 min.
I stopped watching after the second...they should really stop..they're ruining spider mans good name..:P
The second was the best :| dunno why people say that, the first was definitely better than the second I thought it had a better villian, better action, and basically better everything. But, hey, that's my opinion :P
SM3 did a lot of things wrong but a lot of it was to do with SM2 and how good it was. Everyone expected and wanted SM3 to live up to that with most people's favorite villian, Venom and the story being much darker. But instead we got some horrible Venom design, too many villians, messing with the origin story too much, the same capture the girlfriend ending, the worst thing is Harry and the butler. Comeon that guy didn't say anything until that last minute? Such a plothole and so lazy too.

Thats impossible dude, X-men 3 had absolutely NO good parts! it is THE worst marvel movie EVAAAR.
Someone hasn't seen Daredevil or Ghost Rider or Blade 3 or the 90's Fantastic Four movie or the Jessica Alba Fantastic Four movies or... :P Your post caused me to remember the Ryan Reynolds line where he talks about his fart being deadly b/c he just ate garlic
