Spider-Man vs Batman

Batman, at least the gritty, violent, have-a-back-up-to-the back-plan, supremely intelligent Batman most fans imagine would destroy Spidey, Spidey is naive, if this is for keeps, Batman could maim, if not kill Spidey, he wouldn't hesitate to do what's necessary, exploding bombs, acid, ice, gas, elite fighting fighting techniques whereas Spidey brings superstrength and reflexes, he is young, is not "indestructible," Batman would wait for Spidey to approach, would probably use Spidey's overconfidence initially. If you haven't seen it, New Frontier Batman, scared the crap out of Martian Manhunter, spidey is a teenager/youngster, prone to intimidation and lacks confidence. Anyway, pipe dream for fans, by the way, love Spidey and Bats

Yes but Superman can be easily defeated with kryptonite. Spider-Man's only weakness is his family. Batman can be a dirty fighter but not dirty enough to kidnap and threaten to injure Spidey's family.

And people seem to forget that peter parker is extrememyl intelligent too probably not as much as bruce but he's not stupid :P
