Spycrush???? WTF!!!! Help me get rid of this thing!!!!

A family member of mine had used the computer last night and accidentaly clicked something. Now I have a dang icon of a red "x" sheild that then changes to a blue shelid with a "?". It also comes up with a yellow box that says something that I don't care about. So then I right click on the dang thing and it opens up a website for spycrush. WTF is that???? I've tried every way I know to get rid of the dang icon but it won't go away? I've even done several system scans but it's never detailed. Help please. :(
