just buy led zeppelin 4. it's a great album, and stairway isn't even the best song on it.matrix_hiei
cool, I'll probably just do that then
Okay, so last week I heard Stairway to Heaven for the first time (don't remember where) and really wanted to get it on my iPod but all iTunes carries is some stupid tribute band version of the song. Does anyone know where I might be able to download it? votenader_2008Just buy the CD IV...
Because the owners of the Led Zeppelin songs are idiots, you cannot download songs of Led Zep, you have to buy the cd. nuttybar
Why? Because Zeppelin has integrity and believes in album-based rock over profits? A band that never released singles, despite the fact that they could have made a ton more money and broken all kinds of records? Now you expect them to release individual songs only in a different format? Bull****. Buy their albums, why? Because they are worth it.

I completely agree. The Beatles and Metallica are crumbling around them, but they are right, and thats who they are. They were not a singles band and were not a live band. Personally, I bought In Through the Out Door only for Fool In The Rain and it was worth every penny.
