Starting a Doujin / Indie Visual Novel project

I'm trying to start a Doujin / Indie Visual Novel project but naturally , I'm gonna need members for the group - if anyone's interested at all.

So far , I need...



1-2 Programmers ( I need one or two more - someone who can use Ren'py and stuff like that )
2-4 CG Members ( Unfortunately , all of us lacks the talent to draw on the computer )
1-2 Music Members ( For composing / playing music. Would help if someone is willing to write and sing vocal songs but it is not a priority )
1 Story Developer

So far , I have...

One Programmer
Zero CG Members
One Music Member
Two Story Developer ( Including myself )
One Editor

I wouldn't mind taking on more people on the team for the various sectors if their interested - or any suggestions of opening a new development sector for a more fluent project or something.
I'm considering about having a Webmaster but eh... I don't really think we need one now :P

Would probably be helpful if you gave us some idea what kind of VNs you were planning to make. Genres at least, but story ideas (even just basic premises) would be good. Also, what kind of time commitment (approx) are you looking for?

Well , I have several ideas but this is essentially the main one(s) - I'll try to be flexible should the members wish to adjust the plot accordingly to their tastes and fine-tune it along with the story development team.
I didn't chuck in the details ( Since it would literally turn it into an essay ) so this is a general idea on what it would be like - it may appear stereotypical at first but I do intend to add in on the details ( Which , again , I didn't add onto the board because it would be lengthy and all ) should the group be generally appealed by the idea of a plot with this genre / characters / plot base.

Should work this time... Just started on using Tumblr owing to the Blog system but it's making my head ache.
