Steely Dan Tour

Does anybody know if Steely Dan is doing a 2012 tour in North America?

I do not know.

But i do love me some Steely Dan.

Yeah, their great. I just recently purchased all of their albums and now I really want to see them live.

Prog rock is probably the nerdiest of the rock genre no? Listen to some of their earlier stuff. Peart nerd lyrics at their finest :)

And Rush are the greatest band to ever exist.

I agree, Prog is definitly "nerd rock". And Im with you on Rush, their amazing. I should go see them live too.

This information not hard to find.

As an aside, I don't care for their music, but taking their name from a machine-powered metal d*ldo (from a William S. Burroughs novel) makes them one of the most awesome bands ever.

I know. I meant earlier stuff as in early Peart stuff, i.e 2112, Caress of Steel.

I mean, Rutsey was only there for their first album.
