Still cannot get rid of this adware

I posted a topic earlier in the week on my issue with adware. I had some suggestions but none of them worked!

I've tried spybot, ad adaware you name it, but i still get this annoying ad every 10 miniutes that opens up a seperate internet explorer and crashes my games...

Anyone know how to get rid of this!

Would that mean re installing windows?

Are you using Vista? There is an easy way to solve this for that. It is so ridiculously easy, that if it were any easier, it would be hard.
