I remember when I was young, and wasn't really much into pc gamng. There was a store name "Hasting", which let you rent pc games. I'm just curious if there were any store that let you rent pc games. Oh yeah, this was around mid 90's.

Not anymore, since most of them have an unique cd-key or must be enabled on Steam.MonsieurXI'm not talking about today, but like back in mid 90's.

I didn't know of any for PC games because almost all of them started to require a cd key after a certain point.BranKetraWhen they started to use cd for the games, they didn't have cd keys. I just remember my dad got me and my bro a Packard Bell computer with windows 95 on it. I just remember going into hasting, and renting I believe it was "Theme Park" game. Also, I didn't really know to much about computers.
Aw the 90's anyone remember when Blockbuster use to let you rent SYSTEMS ( like N64 systems, PS1, etc).

LOL, yeah. I remember my mom rented a ps1 for me, for my birthday. I rented Die hard with it. Also, I remember I was piss off b/c I didn't how to save, and didn't know that you needed a memory card. lolAw the 90's anyone remember when Blockbuster use to let you rent SYSTEMS ( like N64 systems, PS1, etc).

You sure you remember you did this? Never knew PC games could be rented, even in the 90's. Im sure I would have been all over that then. Maybe it was a small business rental place?KittenNipplesAlmost positive. It's weird but I can remember thing that I did back when I was 2. The thing is that PC game didn't start using cd key around end of 90's also which you can use the cd key how many times you want. I didn't really rent them b/c I didn't know to much about computers but I knew that you can rent them.
