I would argue that any "university" offering a specific degree in anything e-sports related is probably a for-profit college and therefore a scam, and you should not attend (or drop out if you already are, and try to get your money back).
Get a degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or even a business degree. Or don't. Go to trade school and learn an actual profession. Or don't.
Do what you want. I'm generally not fond of giving advice on what people should do, however I feel like it's OK to tell people what they should not do if they are on the verge of making an error. And attending a school with an "esports" degree is likely not accredited and you're wasting your time and money.
I would honestly support you being unemployed and a freeloader before I'd support you going to one of these schools.
