Did you travel anywhere over summer break?

I didn't really, just to our property in Wisconsin to relax and fish and stuff.

Yup, just came back from my Canada trip yesterday. Being stuck 12 hours in a car was like a prison cell for me.:cry:

It wasn't good. I had a summer course and retake for four difficult subjects. I might not make it this year if I fail in two or more subjects. Cest la vie! I'm still living :P

I havent visited Santorini but all I hear about this island is good things. But of course I would prefer other islands like Paros, Naxos or Crete that are not as packed with tourists.

Now about Delphi, I went there a few years ago with my school and I thought that it wasnt worth it. Not that its bad, its just that it has a lot of stairs to go up. :P

Now about Athens I really dont know what you can do there. Do you want to visit archeological sites or something else?

We did intend on visiting Crete but it's too far away from where we're staying.

I'm terms of Athens, it's the most commercial spot in Greece so I expect it should be like any other country capital, except for the architecture, of course.

Now, about Delphi, we really just want to visit the archaeological site, it should be something amazing.

But there are other places you can visit there like Parthenon (obviously :P), Zeus's Pillars (Stili tou Olymbiou Dios), or other stuff. I am not really knowledgable about Athens myself. :P

I went to Corfu this year. I usually go to Greece or Egypt every summer.
