swaping my xbox for ps3

hi ive been ofered a ps3 for my xbox, it comes with wireless pad ufc 2009,soul calibur 5,mirrors edge,residentevil 5,sonic unleashed,condemned 2 and stranglehold the playstation hasent got 1 mark on it as it is only 3 week old. and my xbox has rock band with around 18 games. im tempted as my xbox is around 2 years old but i still think am getting shafted
