so for the past couple of days i noticed that my fingers have this bloaty feeling. And it's been moving from finger to finger. I don't feel any pain when I bend them, but I am getting an itchy feeling when I move them around. I don't think I have artritis, but its just a bloaty itching feel. What's the problem?

If you're in any doubt as to what it is, go see your doctor, it's what they're there for.

Well for financial reasons I can't really see a doctor, but I should also mention I ate some burger king a couple of days ago and it gave me a stomach ache the same night. It's since died down.

Well, give it a while and see if it goes down on it's own. If it doesn't, even if seeing a doctor is difficult, you probably should. I'm so glad we have free health care...

Sounds like psoriasis to me. It's a treatable skin condition.

Possible infection, possible allergic reaction. It could be any number of things. You could have injured flexor communis ( might be different muscle) that covers three fingers and could be leading to problems with them. Either way, when in doubt go to a doctor.

If he had high salt he would be in for more of a electrolyte problem and not a thryoid problem

If you are suggesting he has an auto immune disease that hasn't been detected in him yet. I would highly doubt it. Its possible by highly unlikely.

Also, my other joints aren't having this problem. and not all my fingers have a swollen, itchy feeling.

And Trust me, I'm googling this too and I'm not finding the exact symptoms.

Is that what the dr. has said? High salt intake can lead to pitting edema in your mother. (if you don't want to answer thats fine I'm just curious as a nursing student now)
