Syrian rebel commander hacks a dead soldier's body and eats his heart!

 WTF! i'm pretty sure most of you have heard of the incident already, but i didn' see it being discussed here in OT and thought it was worth a thread.

a rebel commander who is belived to be Abu Sakkar( one of the founders of a rebellious paramilitaries named Farouq Brigade ) has been taped cutting through a dead government soldier's body, tearing out his heart and eating it in front of the camera while ranting "i swear we'll eat from your hearts and livers you dogs". linky

as much as i hate Assad and his corrupted regime i've got to admit these rebels are just as bad as him. then again i hate to generalize this kind of behaviour to everyone fighting for their freedom.  i don't think everyone should expect the international community to intervene. heck, at this point, no one knows who to side with. what do you think OT?

I'm not going to call him some sort of a monster because I haven't been fighting a brutal campaign for the better part of a year. 

War messes people up. Simple as that. Dig into any conflict and you'll find stories like this.

What's this? The rebels aren't a bunch of freedom loving, puppy adopting, good guys who, when not fighting that douchebag al-Assad, spend their time volunteering at the local animal shelter or soup kitchen?
