Was randomly pricing out new cars today, and noticed that tachometers are an option for a lot of lower priced cars, even on manual trannies, where you should need them most.  How does that make any sense?  Do many of you out there have no tach on your car?

Are you in the US?  I think just about every car I've sat in for the past 10 years has had a tachometer.

Tachometers are well and good, but they're even better when you remove the H.  You'll never run low on tacos again!

Yeah, in the US.  All three cars I've owned, and everyone I've ever driven except for one has had one, I just can't believe you have to pay extra to get what should be a very standard piece of equipment

For those who don't know (and I can only pray are kidding), tachometer measures the revolutions per minute of the car's engine.
