[QUOTE="wallymartin"][QUOTE="Snomel"] There's no harm in asking her if she wants to go. The worst she can do is say she's not interested in that film in particular, and then you ask her what she'd rather see instead =P
But I know some of my female friends were talking the other day about how they wanted to see it...

^I agree with this guy. If she says no, you can always ask what she would rather see, then go to that.
And on a similar note, on my first date with a certain girl, our choices for movies to watch came down to Coach Carter and Phantom of the Opera. It being our first date, I felt no need to go the romantic way. Spider-man 3 is fine for just hanging out and getting to know each other.
I'm a girl. Therefore I give good girl advice =P
Although you probably should ignore me, heh. Previously movies I've gone on for dates would include The Others, various Matrix films, LOTR, X-men 3... I don't go on normal person dates.
aha, thanks that helped a lot actually! i'll message a thanks aswell incase you/she doesnt read this :] but yea, i've known her for a while so its not really too much about getting to know her, oh and
