Take your left hand off your face and uncross your legs.

A couple of minutes ago I was just surfin' the tubes when I came accross this generalization.

Surprisingly it got me pretty good.

This got me thinking, is there any other things stereotypes/generalizations that are pretty accurate that you guys can think?

The sort of things that everyone does, but no one realizes that everyone does it?

I.E.

Pretending there is a man running next to your car on long road trips.

Although I usually do both things, I only had my left hand on my face and did not move it. Good point though.

I never cross my legs.LOL

Of course it's the left hand, because computers are right-handed. If anyone puts their mouse the left side, It would be the right hand

I think that "generalization" operates under the fact that most people are right handed, and therefore their left hand is free to do what it pleases.

Idunno, I'm just tired of people using the phrase "avant garde"...

Although, my left hand was on my face, and I occasionally do surf with my legs crossed.

I had my legs crossed at my ancles, but my hand was not on my face.

lol! Oh wow! I was definitely doing both the whole time. And I didn't even notice it immediately to stop--until I got to the second page of this thread for some reason, and it finally sunk in what this thread was talking about.
