At least half of the players have tattoos all down the arm and neck nowadays. They look like sideshow freaks. I think the NBA should maybe limit tattoos on players. Anyone else think so?

I think referees are out of control. In no other sport does the ref have the ridiculous amount of control over the game that they do. Star players also get an insane amount of preferrential treatment. I know this happens in other sports but it's nowhere near as bad as in basketball.

Tattoos in sports in general are much more popular than they used to be, but so what? It's personal expression and doesn't affect you in any meaningful way.

No it isn't. Since the players are worse how can it be more entertaining? :? NBA playoffs are waaaaaaaay more fun to watch than March Madness. Only reason to even follow the NCAA is if you've been to one of the schools competing.Aljosa23NBA playoffs aren't worth watching until the end of May :?....have you been watching the games so far?....crappy.....
Just bet money on the team with less tattoos.m25105
Not a good betting strategy when the team that will win it all has the most tattoos.Â
[QUOTE="General_X"][QUOTE="Aljosa23"]lol what does this mean? Are you one of those tools who thinks College basketball is better?Diablo-BWhile the players are better in the NBA no doubt, college basketball is far more entertaining. More entertaining how exactly? If you went to the school playing (and possibly know the players) then yes.The atmosphere in the the stadiums are better, there's less emphasis on super-stars and mult-million dollar contracts, the single elimination tournament is a lot higher stakes at the end of the season and upsets actually matter. I hate to sound cliche but frankly college ball has more heart, in my opinion of course I can't say something like that as fact.

He looks like the 6th man of the year to me Jim
I know. And it is just the latest thing to annoy me in a very painful season. I freaking hate J.R. Smith. Least favorite player in the NBA. But damnit, he earned that award and the Knicks have been good this year. Congrats Sun.Sooooo Riiightttt

Now, if a player even gets looked at, he flings himself half way across the court to draw the foul.

Pirate700at least the NBA is addressing that issue.....college it's even worse with the coaches and refs slowing down the pace of the game...NBA might as well do away with the 3 second rule and traveling.....it's called like 1% of the time....

One of the biggest problems with society is that you actually have some people within it setting standards on how people should look. The only people I've encounter to do such things are those that are struggling with their own uniqueness. If ppl want to decorate their bodies with art why should I or anyone care, really?
And JR Swish earned that 6th man award by playing some great BBall. I don't know him personally or much of any player in the NBA. So there's no reason for me to hate/love/like him for any reason other than his sport. What he does in his personal life isn't of my concern, especially when his life isn't effecting mines at all.
