I love both cold and hot tea, and drink it regularly...so tea wins for me. I'm not much of a coffee drinker, other than drinking a cappuccino on occasion.
I used to drink coffee routinely for a couple of yeas. I was drinking 4 or 5 cups a day when I decided to stop. I started drinking tea as a caffeine/ginseng substitute... And now I drink 4 or 5 cups of tea everyday. haha
I like both, and at different times... I NEED my morning coffeeS, and at the beginning of my work shift I go for a coffee, but in the middle of the evening (I work 4-midnight) we usually find a way to sit down 10-15 minutes together and I pour my workmates some tea... then we just talk about what's going on in our lives or with our patients for a couple minutes, then go back to work. it helps go through our evenings, because working in the psychiatric ER isn't always easy on our emotions/moral
Coffee, I need at the very least 3 cups a day. I'm a caffiene addict, tea is alright but for caffiene purposes I'd take coffee > soda > energy drink > tea. And coffee is healthier than soda. But I drink it with just cream, one sugar if it's too strong. You can also add a little bit of water to strong coffee and it will make it better.
