How about a gun with a knife tied to it. Thats a winner right there.PanPizza15
didn't they have those in the 18th century or something?
Guns, don't bring a knife to a gunfight, or anyfight that includes guns.CRS98That's right, don't take it to a fight, but you might want to carry one encase someone brings you a fight, because they might bring one.
Depends.Knife works good close, but a gun is better for range. But I don't do need the knife, because I can break bones. Strength and leverage advantage.
Plus when you use a gun at close range the blood & flesh blows back. It goes everywhere. Kind of like slamming a watermellon with a hammer. Main reason why SWAT andClose Quarters soldierswear goggles. Too keep the blood out of their eyes if bullets are exchanged.
I like shurikens, throwing knifes, daggers, combat/survival knives, long bows. Revolving & automatic pistols. Automatic, Lever, Bolt & pump action rifles (AR,LR,BR & PR). Lever, pump & automatic shotguns. They all have their use.
I carry a boot dagger and a belt dagger. Both concealed. Just encase. Plus they're good for emergency use. I don't conceal & carry a gun because if some **** ever goes down I don't want to make myself an objective. I rather keep a low profile. Plus carrying a pistol is like carrying around five pound weight on your chest or hip all day long. I'm not itching to get into a shootout either. Avoiding it is the best way to keep them from hitting someone else. If they aren't shooting at me there's no risk of them hitting someone else. And I doubt they are gonna be careful. They won't care what they hit.
Also you put a gun in someone's face one day they will come the next day. You'll be looking behind your back everyday until that person is dead or in jail. So don't present it unless it you have to and if you do use it. Shoot to kill. If lethal force isn't amust then there is no reason to draw the gun. Don't be a fool and think you are going to scare or intimidate someone by pointing a gun at them.
One on one confrontation is not the proper way to fight. Ambush is the way you do it. Don't fight the fights you can't win. Choose the fights the enemy can't win. That's the principle of tactical. Catch your opponent off guard or back him into a corner and take the fight away from him.
Remember that old saying keep your friends close and your enemies closer? See... keep a low profile and keep yourself in the back of everyone's mind. It's a mind game. The most dangerous person is the one that is thought to incompetent or harmless. It's a game of wit, because not everything is at seems. You don't have to fight if you stay concealed. I mean metaphorically. Don't be a fool an dlet your ego defeat you. Backing down from or avoiding a fight is tactical. It aint over till it's over.

You better have a licsense for doing that. But only police officers can legally do that in public places.
If you bring a knife and manage to kill your oponent it shows that you are very skilled indeed.mayormoose
An opponent that has a gun? Unless you're taking him by surprise, or if your opponent is truely that incompetent, it would never happen. Particularly if the opponent is wielding a shotgun.
If your in Melee range, and the gun isn't pointed at you. You have all the advantage. Luminouslight
That's quite an unlikely and circumstancial situation.

Then you'd most likely lose. :|

Did you know? That a police officer is trained to engage in melee combat if someone is 20 feet away from them when they don't have their gun pointed at them.
