I love the phrase. It's great when you can insert it.

Ridiculously annoying and never, ever funny.

It's one of the few things someone could say to me in conversation that would move me to violence.

I got moderated for saying it once on these forums. It saddens me when I can't type it as a repsonse...yokofox33

I like the immature behaviour behind the saying, but not the saying itself. About 8 years ago friends and I started saying "Eh" to anything that had the same meaning as "That's what she said," anyway, after a while it became reflex, and we'd say it to even the most obscure things.
